The line voltage regulator for distribution network is an intelligent compensation type AC voltage regulator. It is connected to the grid system in series to monitor the circuit voltage in real time, and ensure the stability and safety of electricity for the residents by adjusting the circuit voltage.

■ Application

It is uneconomical to increase the distribution transformer or replace the circuit for the case where the terminal voltage exceeds the limit, the users' lines are installed on one meter box and the voltage fluctuation is large. Especially for the places featured with scattered user, large load changes, and long power lines in the rural, it is widely welcomed for high performance with lowest cost.

Compared with increasing the distribution transformer or replace the power supply line, it is more economical to install a voltage stabilizing device at the end of the power supply line or in the line to stabilize the circuit voltage or qualify the terminal voltage. In addition, its construction period is short and it is easy to be implemented.

■ Principle of line voltage regulator

The line voltage regulator for distribution network is an intelligent compensation type AC voltage regulator. And it is mainly composed of the compensation circuit, voltage regulating circuit, a control circuit, input sampling circuit, output sampling circuit, output control circuit, protection circuit, and bypass circuit, etc.

It can achieve the smooth switching of different states by the auxiliary switching circuit, without significant voltage drop and current overshoot. At any time, the device keeps the flow channel of the transformer winding current in existence, and effectively suppresses the possible magnetizing inrush current during the state switching. The whole device is simple in structure, and convenient to use; in addition, it is safe and reliable.

Protection mode

Temperature protection
